Exploratory Pathway

If you have looked at the pathways but have not decided which is the best fit for you, you might consider the Exploratory Pathway.

With plenty of guidance, this pathway gives you opportunities to explore your options and interests. You will know this pathway has helped you decide a path forward when you are ready to leave it for one of the other pathways. At that point, advisors will help you to move to the pathway you choose. If you are in this pathway past 30 credits, you should consider earning an associate in arts DTA degree to retain the flexibility to attend a four-year college or university.

College & Career Readiness

If you are enrolled in English Language Aquisition (ELA) classes, preparing for taking the GED test, or are working towards earning a high school diploma, then you are also in the Exploratory Pathway. You will learn about each of the other pathways and the many degrees and certificates available to you at YVC.
