New or returning students seeking a degree or certificate must complete their application online and pay the application fee for the 2025 Winter Quarter by November 25

Winter Quarter registration for part-time, non-degree/certificate-seeking students will take place December 30 - January 3

Bachelor of Applied Science Information Sessions

Community members are invited to learn more about Yakima Valley College’s Bachelor of Applied Science Degree programs during online information sessions taking place Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. and 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. And Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 12-1:30 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m. YVC’s programs are designed for prospective students who have earned an applied associate degree and need a pathway to complete their applied bachelor’s degree. Join the information sessions via Zoom, click the above times for meeting links. 

  • Thursday, January 23, 2025: 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m & 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m 
  • Tuesday, February 11, 2025: 12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m & 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Financial Aid Workshops

Get help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA) from YVC’s financial aid experts! Staff will be available to help answer questions from students and their families in both English and Spanish to help maximize the financial aid you receive.

 These workshops are open to the community and free of charge. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to attend with their students.

Refreshments will be provided.

Complete your application by November 25 to start classes in Winter 2025!
